Depending on how quickly you provide the information and respond to our questions, it can be drafted quite quickly if it's a simple matter.
Generally the time taken is determind by you, if you need more time to consider we are happy to wait for as long as you need.
If you need a will urgently we can respond to these requests in as little as 4 hours.
We will firstly register your LPA's online.
Once completed, signed and witnessed, we then post this off to The Office of Public Guardian.
From there the process by them is around 16-20 weeks for you to receive the documents through the post.
We are happy to make amendments for you free of charge for 12 months after you have signed and received your will.
Most companies will not offer to do this free of charge once the final draft has been agreed and delivered to you.
This is very generous on our part, however we do recognise that circumstances can change and we honour our promise to produce your will again should this be required.
After 12 months we would treat it as a new will and charge accordingly.
